The quality of the shoe is excellent. It looks to me as if they would last a long time - if I could only wear them! I found after a few short rides that they really don't fit my foot size. As far as the quality of the build, materials, etc. these are top notch shoes. I give them 4 stars for the quality of the construction. I'll probably be selling mine, having found that the Keen sandals fit my feet a lot better although not nearly as high quality. If you have trouble with shoes, give the Keen biking sandals a try (with cleats as well). These are pricey - but worth it in quality.
